By downloading, installing, or using GearVault (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
KendallBuilds grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GearVault on your personal devices for your own photography gear inventory purposes.
You own all your data. GearVault stores everything locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or store your gear records, photos, or any other information on our servers.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all data will be perfectly preserved.
In no event shall KendallBuilds be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your gear records. Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United States.
